A heading is copied only while it is on the screen
Before the Covington office copies a title, it looks for the title on the screen. If the title is there, the office copies the letters and writes the reading date. If the title is not there, the office writes “missing.” The copy is not drafted ahead as a store’s later acceptance or refusal. Install totals and revenue do not appear in this leaf.
